About JSKAR
The Journal of Spatial Knowledge, Analytics and Research (JSKAR) is an international, peer-reviewed, open-access scholarly journal published by IdeaLAB Research, Canada.
JSKAR provides an interdisciplinary platform for research that advances spatial knowledge, analytical approaches, environmental understanding, and evidence-informed solutions to complex real-world challenges.
The journal welcomes research across geospatial science, spatial data science, GeoAI, Earth observation, environmental systems, health, social science, humanitarian and development research, and other fields where spatial thinking, analytical approaches, data-driven inquiry, or place-based understanding contribute to meaningful scholarly knowledge.
JSKAR is committed to fair and independent peer review, methodological rigor, transparent reporting, research integrity, and accessible scholarly communication.
Articles are published open access under the Creative Commons Attribution 4.0 International (CC BY 4.0) license, subject to the journal's licensing and publication policies.
